How we Operate
We charge an hourly rate according to the nature of work involved for each candidate and invoice your company on a weekly basis or accordingly to your pay cycle. There are no other hidden costs. (GST applies to all invoices)
We Cover; Superannuation, Workers Comp, Payroll Tax, Leaves and Holiday pay.
AJ&B arrange payroll for all of our candidates and pay our candidates directly all we require is an authorised timesheet from your office for each candidate to be faxed or emailed to us. We take care of payroll so that you can focus on your day to day business.
Our candidates are covered by our Work Cover Insurance through Icare. In the event of workplace injury, we take care of the claim from start to finish.
There is No lock-in contract period and you are under no obligation to keep anyone for any period of time. It’s simple and easy.
Our candidates have industry related experience in production, processing and packaging and are highly disciplined, diligent and very hard working individuals.
Minimum training required and they learn quickly according to what you require of the candidates.
We provide full & pre work safety induction and clients on site inductions according to the company standards.
We can provide casual workers on short notice also. Obviously, the more notice you have, the better the candidate selection process.
